How do I change the order status on a customer’s order?

Changing an order status for a buyer is really important for keeping great communication going. We advise that as a seller you should add shipping details of buyers orders. Click to see more on adding shipping details.

 

Changing an order status is easy! Simply, click on the order in questions from your “Orders” page of your sellers dashboard.

Then click on the “edit” button next to the current order status:

 

PLEASE NOTE: Once an order is set to “Cancelled” you will need to contact EquiMarket to get this order status changed.
